Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of Hillman Hall or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Hillman Hall.
Termination
Hillman Hall reserves the right to terminate your membership and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Hillman Hall shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Hillman Hall reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
