Hillman Hall is a private membership club for ambitious professionals across the United States, Africa and its global diaspora. Applications are reviewed with care for the community we are building.

Founding Membership

Current rate available through December 31, 2026

$600/year

Billed annually. Save $60 compared with quarterly billing.

Both options include:

  • Three Signature Dinners during your membership year.
  • Three Strategic Introductions matched to your professional goals.
  • Access to private Member Circles and the wider Hillman Hall network.
  • Admission to the Annual Founders Summit.
  • 33% off additional Signature Dinners.
  • Priority access to select experiences.

One-time application fee: $25

Commitment: Both billing options are 12-month memberships. Quarterly billing is a payment schedule for the annual commitment.

Charter Membership

For members based outside the New York City area. Stay connected to Hillman Hall while we develop programming closer to you.

Free

Annual dues temporarily waived.

Includes:

  • Access to the curated member directory.
  • Virtual conversations, Book Club, and available Member Circles.
  • Member resources and community discussions.
  • Access to gatherings at member ticket rates when visiting New York; tickets purchased separately.

One-time application fee: $25

Charter Membership is currently open to applicants whose primary residence is outside the New York City area. Applications are reviewed by the community.

As our programming expands, membership benefits and dues may change. Members will receive advance notice before any transition to paid membership.

Connect with the community

If a member referred you, use their referral link. If you apply without a referral, we may arrange a brief conversation to get to know you.

Application review

We consider your application and any referral or introductory conversation as part of our review.

4 Step 04

Begin your membership

If accepted, you will receive onboarding guidance and next steps for participating in Hillman Hall.

Before you apply

Can I pay quarterly?

Yes. Quarterly billing is $165 every three months, totaling $660 over a 12-month commitment. Annual billing is $600.

What is a Strategic Introduction?

A personal introduction matched to a professional goal or area of shared interest. We seek mutual interest and follow up to support a conversation. An introduction does not guarantee funding, a job, a partnership, or another business outcome.

Can I attend additional dinners?

Founding Membership includes three Signature Dinners. Additional Signature Dinners are available at a 33% member discount, subject to availability.

Do I need a member referral to apply?

No. You can apply without a referral. We may arrange an introductory conversation as part of the review.

Where do gatherings take place?

Locations vary by gathering. Check the calendar for the city, format, and venue details of each event. Virtual programming also offers ways to participate across locations.

What happens at renewal?

We will invite you to renew 60 days before your membership expires. The first annual renewal rate is $750. Renewal requires your agreement; you will not be charged automatically.

When is the Annual Founders Summit?

Timing will be announced. Founding Membership includes admission to one Summit; travel and accommodation are separate. If no Summit occurs during your membership year, your admission remains valid for the next Summit without requiring renewal.

Can existing Charter and Inaugural members join Founding Membership?

Yes. Existing members can switch their membership to the Founding Membership to access its included benefits.
